the gym instructor, mahmoud, is really good. he trains everyone individually, and it's been beneficial for both my wife and myself. the hotel included wonderful aspects, food, staff attentiveness, pools, well-kept rooms, and cleanliness. it exceeded my expectations.
My room had issues. the shower didn't work properly. It took a while to get fixed. the air con only had two settings, cold or off, not ideal at ALL.

I loved how close my room was to the beach. I could hear the waves at night. the multiple pools were a blast, so i swam in a different one each day! i especially liked that i could always find a lounger no matter the time. the staff remembered my name and drink order, really impressed me!

a romantic getaway

marvelous viewattentive lifeguardsimmaculate grounds
the weather was perfect. we stayed in cluster 6, ground floor, enjoying marvelous views of the infinity pool. joussef cleaned our room to a high standard. el sayid and colleagues provided drinks and ice cream near the infinity pool. lifeguards helped with sun umbrellas, a thoughtful touch. the team of gardeners kept the grounds immaculate.
i expected face cloths in the rooms, but they were absent.
